Queries & Concerns

The following steps should be taken in line with our complaints policy:

• Discuss areas of your concern to your tutor, either verbally or written. If you are not comfortable doing this, you should contact the head office or a college co-ordinator

• The tutor, head office or college co-ordinator will then investigate the complaint, and aim to respond to you within 5 working days

• If you are not satisfied with the outcome, you have the right to request for your appeal or ask for the concern to be investigated

• SurePass will investigate the appeal and make their decision within another 14 working days.

If you are dissatisfied with the decision from SurePass regarding your appeal, you are able to contact the Short Course Accreditation team at Surepass Beauty by calling 01603 360107, or emailing us here. For successful appeals corrective action will be taken by the responsible team. A successful appeal does not necessarily mean that the candidate is competent; re-assessment may be needed to verify this.
