Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of a course (if you cancel your course), any deposit paid is Non-refundable and Non-transferable.  This applied to both face to face and online bookings.

A deposit is to secure your place on a course, therefore, no other student can take that place, the deposit also contributes towards payment for the access of course material which is instantly downloadable.   Prior to booking your course, you will be asked to confirm you are agreeing to the terms, conditions and cancellation policy. 

When you book any course with SurePass you have instant access to download and in some cases will be emailed or given coursework directly, you start your course immediately.   On this basis upon booking any course irrelevant of how-to material is provided you are agreeing to waive your rights of 14 days to cancel.

Deposit element of payment is £30 for all beauty, nail, hair and holistic courses*.  Should you request to cancel a course any time before the course start date, the deposit amount will be retained from your payment and the remainder refunded.

* VTCT NVQ courses require payment in full upon booking which is non-transferble or refundable with no exceptions, upon booking you lose the right to cancel within 14 days.

- If you choose to pay via installments, these are non-transferable or refundable.  Your full payment is due irrelevant of any cancellation - see your NVQ adviser for full additional terms of enrolment/payment plan terms.  Upon booking you lose the right to cancel within 14 days.

A minimum of 2 students are required to run a course, UNLESS, you have paid for ONE2ONE TUITION. Some of our courses may require a higher minimum number to run. (Please check the course details) This is so you have a practice partner to work with on the day. We will reschedule and move you to the next available course date, in the event the course does not run due to insufficient numbers. In the unlikely event, your course is canceled last minute by the tutor due to unforeseen circumstances you will be offered alternative dates or venues. If you cannot attend this date your tutor or training school will refund the course fee if this has been paid. SurePass is not responsible for any accommodation or travel costs that students may incur due to the cancellation of courses.

NB: Course payment - In the event of a genuine reason for cancellation (proof of which may be required) a request for transfer to a later course will be considered at our discretion. Courses transferred will incur an admin fee, otherwise, the above charges will apply.

We reserve the right to amend the administration costs and fees.

COVID LOCKDOWNS

No refunds will be provided should any local or national restrictions be in place causing business closure or disruption.  However a free of charge course transfer to an alternative course date will be provided.
