Manual Lymphatic drainage is recognised for its effects in both the medical world and the complementary therapy world

Manual Lymphatic drainage is a much lighter form of massage mostly used for increasing the proficiency of the Lymphatic system. It is an advanced therapy that uses different rhythmic and pumping techniques to move tissue fluid and lymph around the body. This therapeutic treatment often produces rapid positive results if correct, slow and rhythmic movements are applied.

It can be used for post cancer patients, those with water retention, swelling caused by Injury, skin rejuvenation, cellulite and much more. You can help with reducing under eye bags, a natural skin lift to the face, soothing nerve endings, natural decongestant and boosting the immune system.

The movements used in this treatment are unique to MLD, so would give you a great alternative treatment to offer.
