Training Courses

By booking a training course place you are agreeing to the following:

It is your responsibility to ensure the person(s) being booked on the course meets the requirements as detailed within the course details before booking. Ie they meet the couse pre requisites.
Courses booked online are provisional bookings; you will be emailed within 48 hours (weekdays only) to confirm your booking. As spaces are limited on coures we cannot initially guarantee there are places left on the course.
As we do take care with advertising availability on a course, the available places displayed are an indication and not a guarantee that the amount of places are available

Dress Code

Please wear professional attire when attending a training course: We require you to wear a salon tunic or alternatively a plain Black top. Strictly no denium/jeans.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of a course (if you cancel your course)

All deposit's are Non-refundable

Course date change £15 admin fee will apply. No date change 7 days before course start date

A minimum of 2 students are required to run a course, UNLESS, you have paid for ONE2ONE TUITION.

Some of our courses may require a higher minimum number to run. (Please check the course details) This is so you have a practice partner to work with on the day. We will reschedule and move you to the next available course date, in the event the course does not run due to insufficient numbers. In the unlikely event your course is cancelled last minute by the tutor due to unforeseen circumstances you will be offered alternative dates or venue. If you cannot attend this date your tutor or training school will refund the course fee if this has been paid.

Most courses are refundable up to 8 days prior to the start date of the course. After this point courses are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances. You may send a substitute delegate providing they meet the course criteria. We reserve the right to cancel the course date, in this case we will notify you prior to the event and advise you of an alternative date/venue or provide you with a full refund. In the event of a course cancellation SurePass Beauty are NOT liable for travel expenses, childcare, potential loss of income or any potential associated costs.

Course payment - In the event of a genuine reason for cancellation (proof of which may be required) a request for transfer to a later course will be considered at our discretion. Courses transferred will incur an admin fee of £15, otherwise the above charges will apply.

Complaints Policy

Surepass Beauty complaints policy

The following steps should be taken in line with our complaints policy:

• Discuss areas of your complaint to your tutor, either verbally or written. If you are not comfortable in doing this, you should contact the head office or a college co-ordinator

• The tutor, head office or college co-ordinator will then investigate the complaint, and aim to respond to you within 5 working days

• If you are not satisfied with the outcome, you have the right to request for your appeal or ask for the complaint to be investigated by an independent panel

• The independent panel will investigate appeal and make their decision within another 14 working days.

If you are dissatisfied with the decision from the panel regarding your appeal, you are able to contact the Short Course Accreditation team at Surepass Beauty by calling 01603 360107, or via the contact us link . For successful appeals corrective action will be taken by the responsible team. A successful appeal does not necessarily mean that the candidate is competent; re-assessment may be needed to verify this.
